The order is locked and can’t be changed

Odyssey is freshly prepared and perishable,
so returns are not applicable.

If there’s an issue from our side, we’ll resolve it immediately.
This includes:

Delivery issues

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
Since every Odyssey is prepared specifically for your reserved time:

Orders aren’t cancelled once confirmed

Refunds are not applicable after preparation begins
👉 You can always reschedule before your order enters preparation.
🏬 Pickup Orders
For in-store pickup:

Pickup window: 5 PM – 9 PM

Orders are freshly packed within 7–15 minutes
If you miss your pickup:

You can collect it the next day (same window)
After that:

The order expires due to perishability
👉 As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a 50–60% credit on your next Odyssey
